Backstory

Wand (mostly a note for me): English Oak, Phoenix, 13″, Supple

Backstory: Ezekiel was borne to a Muggle father and a Pureblood mother on the evening of January 1st, 2001. From an early age it was clear that he was a gifted magical child and often took a liking to snatching his mother's wand and making a mess of things with the bursts of magic he could exude from the slightly worn wood. As he grew into a boy, however, his affliction towards magic weaned as he tried to fit in with the Muggle friends he'd made and suppressed his magical abilities until they were all but dormant. His mother sent for an acceptance letter from all of the wizarding schools that she could think of, and was overjoyed when their Hogwarts letter came in the mail on Alexei's eleventh birthday, as usual. Zeke himself is worried that he isn't good enough to be a proper wizard but doesn't want to disappoint his parents by not trying, so he's at least going to give it a shot. As his father always says, "We'll see how it goes."

Other Misc Notes: Zeke enjoys Potions and Astronomy, and is hoping to have a profession in either when he gets out of school.
