Backstory
I'm a transfer student from Australia. I was born to a non-magical family, and my magic manifested late, so I only learnt I was a wizard when I was already 16. Due to my age, I was too old to get accepted at any of the Australian schools of magic. I was home-schooled for the rest of the year and then I managed to enroll at Hogwarts with the aid of one of their new student outreach programs. It had been really funny when I was sorted with all the other 1st years. Ironically, I was sorted into Slytherin.
