Backstory

I'm from a muggle family, so I was absolutely shocked when my letter came, you know? My parent's seem pretty cool with it though, so I guess it's alright. I asked if I could bring my dog, but I haven't heard back about that so I'm guessing it's a no. I kinda figured it would be though. He'd probably scare all the owls and get scratched by the cats. I'm excited to start my learning, but nervous that I'm leaving all my friends I've known since the day I was born. We live in a really small town in Ireland, so everyone knows everyone. My parents are telling everyone I'm going to a private school in America, but everyone's so nosey they'll find out that's a lie soon.
