Marius Enjolras

Backstory

Born in Ireland to a middle-class muggle family, it was a bit of a shock to discover the magical world. When I received my Hogwarts letter I was adamant that I couldn't possibly go- I had always wanted to study in the muggle world and go to university. Hogwarts just didn't seem like the right fit for me, but it was soon explained that I had options- and so, I decided to pursue my studies at the far more artistically-inclined school of Beauxbatons. I discovered that magic wasn't as limiting as I had originally thought, and decided that teaching Muggle Studies and conducting research would be my career path. I study the links between magical and muggle literature and arts, and try to communicate this in my classes!
