Vesper

Backstory

Hi everybody! I'm Vesper, a 17-year-old wix attempting to get as comprehensive a magical education as possible. I started my magical education young, at the Salem Witches' Institute in Massachusetts, and was lucky enough to be invited on a study abroad in the Rome branch of the Italian School of Witchcraft and Wizardry (go Tiberwolves!). Both my parents are No-Majs, so plunging myself into three different wizarding schools is a brand-new experience each time, to say the least!
Here at Hogwarts, I'm a 5th year in the Slytherin house, but the hat took an extra seven and a half minutes to put me there instead of Ravenclaw. Apparently a Hatstall that long hasn't happened in 149 years! Personally, that seven and a half minutes felt like absolute hell, especially with a couple hundred kids staring at me and my fingers burning marks into the wood of the stool. It also doesn't help that I'm also a year older than everyone else in my year, but I guess that's what you get when you also had to spend the six years prior learning elsewhere.
As for my family, I have two parents (standard issue) and two snakes, an Auspice Asp named Fortuna and a Shadow Snake, Ruby, that I'm dearly attached to.
