Appearance:
Willowy and a bit tall for 11, not quite grown into her limbs which can give her a 'baby giraffe' look. Chestnut brown hair, green eyes, freckles. Quintessentially british, basically. Expressive eyebrows and a toothy grin.
Early Life:
Daughter of James Moreton, Conservative MP for East Wiltshire. Cordelia is a product of that special blend of conservative parents and willful, hot tempered children. She is best described as precocious, rebellious, and more than a little self-righteous. Her magic manifested at 10, when she accidentally set fire to the stables after a particularly bad row with her mother about 'the state of the UK's foreign relations'. Luckily, her Hogwarts letter came only a few weeks later, though it would take a long and awkward afternoon tea with the Deputy Headmaster in order to convince her parents that it wasn't someone'd idea of a prank(Owls as messenger birds? Really?).
