Backstory
Astrid is a pure-blood. Her parents Torben Bergström (magizoologist and farmer) and Freja Bergström (farmer) own a magical creature farm. She grew up around all kinds of different animals and beasts. Now the girl finds it more comfortable spending time with animals, rather than humans; she feels as if she can be herself around them and not hide her true colors. It was no surprise to the Bergström family when a letter from Hogwarts arrived, even though they currently live in Sweden. Astrid's dad knows the Headmaster of Hogwarts, and personally ensured a spot in the greatest school of Witchcraft and Wizardry for his only-born daughter.
