Backstory
I've never been very good at first impressions. I guess I'll update this if I come up with anything better.
My name is Billie and I've been fascinated by myths and magic my whole life. I'm also a muggleborn, so although I'm well versed in stories of witchcraft from various cultures, I didn't actually know that I was one until I got my Hogwarts letter. I guess I always wanted to find out why I was so different. Now I'm one step closer.
I'm hoping to spend lots of time in the library as I'm not allowed to keep many books at home, and I want to take as many classes as I'm allowed to. I'm particularly fascinated by potions at the moment, and I have been experimenting with the ingredients I picked up on Diagon Alley. Nothing has gone terribly wrong yet, so I figure I have a knack for it.
I haven't really thought about the future yet, but I know I don't ever want to go back to being stuck in the muggle world. This is where I belong.
