Backstory
My name is Alyssa, and I always knew there was something special about me. I grew up in a small town, living with my non-magical parents. They were kind and supportive, but they didn't understand the magical world that ran through my veins.
Ever since I could remember, strange and unexplainable things would happen around me. Objects would move on their own, and I could sense things before they happened. I often found myself talking to animals, and they seemed to understand me. It was clear that I was different from the other kids.
One day, when I was eleven years old, a mysterious letter arrived. It was sealed with wax and had the Hogwarts crest on it. My heart raced as I opened it to find an invitation to attend Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. My parents were both shocked and proud, realizing that my unique abilities had a magical explanation.
In the months leading up to my departure for Hogwarts, I received guidance from a magical mentor who helped me understand my powers and introduced me to the wonders of the wizarding world. I learned about Diagon Alley, the platform 9¾, and the fascinating subjects I would study at Hogwarts.
