Backstory

Delilah is a pureblood who was raised in the muggle world by her mother who is a direct descendant of Salazar Slytherin's Younger Sister Sophicadorus (Sofia) Slytherin. When Sophia found news of her older brother being part of running a school for witches and wizards she knew of the trouble he would cause with such power and authority and thought it may be of harm to her being his only living relative at the time so she left the wizarding world for good. As she rebuilt her life, her childhood best friend found her whereabouts and attempted to bring her home, after hearing her story and reasoning he agreed with her decision and decided to stay with her, ultimately falling in love with her and settling down to have a family together, creating the second bloodline of the Founding Slytherin Family, going on for centuries in hiding only to lead to Delilah Lopez.

This knowledge has been passed down Sophicadorus' bloodline educating each of her descendants on what may come for them, none of those descendants had ever been invited to attend Hogwarts nor even stood foot in the wizarding world, until Delilah received a letter she knew all too well of...
