Backstory

Alana was born to muggle parents. She possessed a rare gift with animals from a very young age. When she was eight years old her magical abilities became noticable to her parents. Her mother was afraid of her abilities, but loved her dearly. Her father hated magic and anyone involved in it. She was sent to live with her grandmother in a small cabin in the woods. There she continued to hone her gift with animals and learned about useful plants from her grandmother. She was a bright, kind child although shy.
