Backstory

My father is a ghost and somehow got my mum pregnant. I am a half-ghost. I can walk through walls, and float threw the air and ceiling and floor. However, the number one setback I have found since my parents died, (my father's ghost was sucked into the void), is that now I am deaf*. My cochlea can't make it threw solids properly, thus damaging them beyond repair. My eyes also find it hard to go threw but they just hurt when that happens.

I have had many visits by magical doctors and scientists to try and work me out. Most spells have a lesser effect on me than on you, some don't work at all. Mostly these are spells that affect the senses, like tickling, dazing, or inflicting pain. To put it simply, I am a conundrum.

*I am not deaf in real life, and I don't want to be rude to anyone who is.
