Backstory
My name is Sian Balcombe. I first found out I was a half-blood four years ago when my older brother, Caleb, received his hogwarts letter. We didn't know anything of magic before then. Our mum is a muggle and we were raised as such.
When my brother went to Hogwarts, he was sorted into Gryffindor. Whenever he came home for the holidays, he would tell me things about Hogwarts and the magical world. I especially liked when he would tell me about potions.
When I received my letter, I was very excited. I just started my first year and I was sorted into Ravenclaw, although the hat did mention Hufflepuff quite a bit. I am very excited for potions class and I hope I make many happy memories.
