Backstory
My name is Margo, but what else is Mara called. My abbreviated name has several meanings. For some, I am "ghost", or "phantom". In some books, this name refers to an evil ugly witch or evil spirits, but I like the meaning of "dream" the most.
Until the age of 15, I lived in Ukraine, studied at a regular school (so my English is still not perfect) and was not a very popular girl. And although many people praised my kindness and character, still failures in friendship haunted me.
One summer, while I was reading another fantasy book, I heard a knock on the window. From that moment on, my life changed dramatically - I received a letter from Hogwarts. As I learned later in my family along my mother's line, each woman has her own special gift. My mother told me that at birth we are given personal names that are a reflection of a unique talent. For example, my mother - Veronica (victory). At my age, she won the three sorcerer's tournament. And my aunt Urania was fond of astronomy.
Today I am sure that I have several gifts:
Mediumism - I see phantoms of living and dead people.
I can contact the other world. I can also give people pleasant dreams or nightmares. Quite often I see prophetic dreams.
