When I received my acceptance letter this fall, I had never heard of Hogwarts before. I come from a family of Muggles; however, my birth parents were wizards. I was adopted by Muggles and moved to my home town of Sydney Australia. My adopted parents were not expecting that I was a wizard and were taken by extreme disbelief, but they now understand and support my decision to follow the destiny my parents have set for me and go to Hogwarts to become a wizard. As a Hogwarts student, I am happy to say I am the seventh generation of Griffindors in my birth family.
