Backstory
Parents:
I am a half-blood. My father was a Hit Wizard and worked for the Magical Law Enforcement Squad since he had graduated from Durmstrang Institute. He was later accepted to become an Auror after the Second Wizarding War due to his participation in the Battle of Hogwarts. My mother is a Muggle and has a Phd. in Botany with an advanced focus in naturopathic medicine. My parents met while my father was investigating a series of murders that took place in Hogsmeade Village. The victims had been poisoned and the potion was thought to have been brewed using ingredients sold by my mother. It was later proven that the poisonous herbs used in the potion had been obtained illegally in Knockturn Alley and my mother had only sold the culprit mundane ingredients. My parents had an instant connection the moment they met and started seeing each other shortly after the investigation had concluded. After several years, my parents married and my father decided to confront my mother about his wizarding abilities. My mother had suspicions all along and needed no convincing once my father finally came clean.
Early Life to Now:
A year later, they had me. I am an only child and grew up learning about magic and especially herbology and dark arts. My parents homeschooled me and I got my diploma at the age of 16. Due to all of the recent complications in the wizarding and Muggle world, my invitation to Hogwarts was delayed. I wasn’t sure I would ever get the invitation and began attending a Muggle university. I finally got my invitation to Hogwarts and am pleased that the courses are offered online and in person. I try to go to as many in-person lectures as I can, but because of Muggle school, I rarely have the time to attend. I am currently a first-year student and I am 19 years old. It feels weird being so old in the first-year classes but I know I am not alone. In the Muggle world, I am studying psychology and will get my associate degree this fall and will continue working towards my Phd. I want to become a Muggle expert once I graduate from Hogwarts and believe having a strong education in Muggle psychology will be a wonderful tool to have under my belt.
