Backstory
My name is Oakley Griffin, I come from a long line of muggles, so I was shocked when I received my letter. My mother of course thought it was an odd scam, and told me under no circumstances that I'd ever be allowed to respond. And truthfully, I was also quite convinced there was no way Hogwarts was a real school.
But on one dull afternoon I had decided to see if possibly the place was real, I went around asking questions and getting weird looks from most, but a kind older woman had helped me get all the things I needed. She also told me how I would get to the platform so I'd be prepared, and even bought my wand, robes, and a adorable little barn owl, who I named Luquitha, for me.
Since I have arrived at hogwarts, I've been mainly enjoying my flying classes, Charms, and Herbology. But so far I love all my classes, well, maybe except for potions, that one confuses me. I hope to learn lots from Hogwarts, and I'm sure I will.
