Backstory

Greetings, I'm Alora Delaney

I was born and raised within the heart of England, having come from what was a line of purebloods, I am the only half-blood in my lineage. I grew up fantasizing of all the wonders of magic as my father would tell me of all his travels as an Aurora since I was merely five years old. 

Having come from a lineage of majority slytherins, with the exceptions of a ravenclaw, hufflepuff or gryffindor here and there, my sorting was a tense one. I prayed the hat would know of the ambition I held, would grant me the placement of slytherin, for I truly look best in green. 

I wouldn't describe myself as too chaotic, though I do have my slip ups here and there, I seem to get caught up in trouble from time to time (no doubt due to the help of a certain roommate, I know you're reading this Marilyn). 

I'm a fast learner, and I'm an independent one at that. If I could be my own potions partner I would, dealing with exploding cauldrons and cleaning up in detention all afternoon isn't exactly what I wished for my Hogwarts experience to be like (though I wouldn't change it for the world).
