Background Info: My family didn't believe in magic. Not the kind that used a wand anyway. Raised in a family that knew nothing about the wizarding world, I had grown up to be a rather average child. It was a surprise to all of us when I received my first Hogwarts letter.
Of course, the first thing that I did was research the school. It seemed to be held in high regard, and my parents agreed to send me there on the condition that I continue my nonmagical studies.
