Backstory
Raised in a Pureblood home as a Halfblood, I have always felt as if I don't fit in. My mother had an affair with a passing fancy and here I am. I've always been raised believing I am "lucky" that my Pureblood stepfather did not throw me out. I suppose in a way I should be, he treats me tolerably, if not with a little disdain. However, as I enter into Hogwarts, I am overwhelmed with the desire to prove to him and my mother that I am worthy of the family name.
