Backstory

I was sorted into Slytherin because I strive to be the best person I can be, and I would do anything for those closest to me. It was a hatstall because I have similar qualities to Hufflepuffs. I am a first year but I am interested in the History of Magic and Astronomy the most. I am half-blood (mother-pure/father-muggle) so I grew up around magic and in the muggle world. I believe my greatest strength is that I am able to adapt to challenges thrown at me. My greatest weakness would be that I can be too kind at times and at risk of being walked on. I am working towards being a possible historian or professor of history. I am fascinated by the limitless use of magic and equate it to the current technology that the muggles use (how advancements help certain aspects of society). I hope to use magic to inspire others. I have an Oriental Shorthair named Gideon; he is a bit lazy but loving, and he is very talkative.
