Backstory
Knowing my older brother, Joshua, was already at Hogwarts in his last year, and that I am a pureblood witch, receiving my letter was not a big surprise. Thankfully, my mom was willing to buy me all new things, so I didn't have to use hand-me-downs. I was expecting to be in Ravenclaw, like my brother, but ended up being placed into Hufflepuff, which was most likely the better option for me, as I am nowhere near as smart as Joshy. I was absolutely ecstatic when letter finally arrived, however I was going to miss my baby sister, Maryanne, but it's alright, I'll see her during holidays.I bought a black cat, her name is Angel, and she is going to be my pet at Hogwarts. Mom wanted me to get an owl, but I've wanted a cat for so long, so now Angel is in my life and I love her to bits.
I'm really hopeful for my time at Hogwarts, I'm so excited to meet new people and learn magic. Maybe I can become a Prefect, just like my big brother!
