Backstory
I was raised by a single mother, and was taught to be independent. Recently, I received my letter and my mother took me to Diagon Alley. I was surprised she never told me, but I felt the need to not ask. At Diagon Alley, I saw things I believed to only be fantasy and imagination. My favorite shop there was the Owl Emporium, it was filled with so many animals! I got an owl, my first year books, robes, and wand, 9-inch cherry with a unicorn hair.
