Backstory

I've just recently been sorted into Hufflepuff, and I mean, I can't say I'm surprised! My biological parents were Muggles, but my adopted dads are a Hufflepuff and a Slytherin. They always said I'd be either a Hufflepuff or a Ravenclaw. The Sorting Hat wasn't so clear right away on what I was going to be, but it decided fairly quickly that Hufflepuff was my home. I haven't taken any of my classes yet, but I'm particularly excited for Potions, and Flying too; although I'm also scared of heights, so I'm not sure how that's going to work out for me. I'm a little bit worried about my blood status at Hogwarts, since I'm a Muggleborn, but I'm sure I'll be fine because so far people have been nice about it, like my dads. And if I don't think people will accept my blood status, then I'll just conveniently forget to tell them that I'm Muggleborn; since I was raised by wizards anyway, it won't show, I don't think. My greatest strength would have to be compassion, which I guess is why I was sorted into Hufflepuff, and my greatest weakness is being irresponsible, which I guess is why I'm not in Ravenclaw... After I finish school, I want to sing! I love singing and even though it doesn't really involve magic, I think music has a magic of its own. I have a cat called Lavender, who's an annoying little #@&%$, but I love her to death.
