Jaden <3

Backstory

Jaden was always different, and they knew it. Their parents bullied them from the start of their childhood, believing they were useless and always putting them down. When they started school, they had little to no friends, found themself crying in the corner of every classroom, and was constantly behind of their friends. When Jaden was 7, they realised that their afternoon cup of milk and stale bread was floating in the air... they'd zoned out for just a second, how could that happen? When they told their mother, she scoffed and said that Jaden was lying again. That night, while their parents watched TV in the living room, Jaden looked outside and wished upon a star. They wished for things to be alright from the centre of their heart. A blinding light illuminated in the sky, causing the next day's news report in her small town, and they went to sleep.

Jaden went outside one day after their daily lecture (that particular day it was about their nose) and picked up the mail. Bills, magazine subscription, a letter to Jaden from Hogwarts, an issue of Hello! magazine, more bil- WAIT WAIT WAIT... A LETTER ADDRESSED TO THEM? They dropped all her mail and ran upstairs. They ripped the envelope open and read it with their mouth shaped like an O. HOGWARTS??

Jaden knew their parents wouldn't allow her to go, and that's when they decided; they were running away. They packed their prized possessions, some clothes and ran to their destiny.

Many many ministry appeals and court meetings later, Jaden had finally been given custody to a sweet squib couple who wanted an extra companion. They lived in a cozy cottage where they owned a beautiful farm that wizards all over would come just to look at. And when the day came, Jaden set off, to Hogwarts school of witchcraft and wizardry.

At Hogwarts, Jaden is part of Hufflepuff, lives in the "kuromi's paradise <3" dorm, is part of the LGBTQIA community and has their own group called "the house union cozy <3" where they help her peers with anything. And their secret to finishing all her assignments on time? A little thing called a caffeine boost ;)
