Backstory
When i received my hogwarts letter, i had no idea what it meant. My mother has to explain to me that the "magic gene" had skipped a couple generations. My mother's grandmother, (my great grandmother) was a witch. My mom had told me that she thought the gene died out, until i was born. Weird things always happened when i got mad, scared, or excited. i never thought anything of it though. So when my mother told me i was a witch, i guess i was pretty excited! She sent my off with a family friend to buy my school supplies, and now i'm all ready! honestly i don't know why i didn't get my letter sooner though, because now i have to start as a third year, but i'm still really excited! xx -serenity mungin
