Backstory

My name is Ira-Van, but please call me Van. Of course I was incredibly excited when I received my Hogwarts letter! I simply cannot wait to begin class. Hopefully, Hogwarts will be a wonderful place to learn magic and to make friends. Isn't it wicked how we're allowed pets? I've got the cutest cat named Doxy. I think she's just as excited to be at Hogwarts as I am. My mother was extremely pleased when I got my letter, she's positive I'll follow in her footsteps and excel in the wizarding world, but I'm not too sure. Regardless, Hogwarts is an adventure awaiting me.
