The Jelly-Legs Jinx
When casted on low willpower, your rival's legs will be unsteady for ten seconds. When casted on high willpower, your rival's leg will be unsteady for three minutes. For beginners, it will take thirty to forty-five seconds. When cast, properly, an orange light will emit out of your wand.
