What Is Quidditch?

Chapter 1

Quidditch, pronounced as kwi-dich, is a sport placed in the Wizarding World. The sport is played on flying broomsticks. There are three different types balls, and 5 balls used in the game. The Quaffle, three Bludgers, and the Golden Snitch. There are three goal posts on each side of the Quidditch Field. Seven people play on each team. Three Chasers, Two Beaters, a Keeper and a Seeker. The chasers on each team fly around, trying to get the Quaffle into the goal posts, while the two beaters, fly around with bats, trying to hit Bludgers into the opposite team's Members. Meanwhile, the seekers is flying around trying to find the Snitch. There is one seeker per team. The game doesn't end until a Seeker catches the snitch. When its caught, the team that the seeker belonged gets 150 points added to their score. Since the game in over, the team that had the most points, wins.
