Backstory

I come from a long lineage of Gryffindors, so it was quite a shock to my family when the Sorting Hat chose me to be a Ravenclaw. Truthfully, it did think about putting me in Gryffindor but I've always valued learning so it wasn't as much of a shock to me. I'm a little nervous about the expectations my family has put on me. My older siblings were the perfect students. First, both my brother and sister were made Prefects, then Head Boy and Head Girl. I'm most looking forward to my classes, especially Potions. As a kid, I would mix up my own 'potions' in the backyard using an old cauldron of my brothers and whatever I could find like dirt, leaves and grass.  I can't wait to get started in my classes and prove to my family, and everyone else that I belong here.
